If you are not completely satisfied with the product, please contact the buckle me up™ team as soon as possible on 1800 951 678 or via the enquiry online form at bucklemeup.com. You are entitled to have the goods replaced or refunded if they fail to be of acceptable quality. If it has been determined that there is a fault with the product, we will happily arrange to have a replacement sent to you immediately. If it has been determined that the product has been damaged due to misuse or abnormal use, a refund or replacement will not be offered.
